Studio-Piaggio 50 2T
In 1980, on my own initiative, I made a proposal to replace the Ciao 50.
this project re-presented with extreme simplicity, the two wheels were the same, the fenders were the same as the sides of the engine, there were no bent tubes and the frame was composed of an aluminum extrusion with a light that served as a front "plug".
The large saddle offered a discreet object and when lowered vertically it served as a central stand and as an alarm.
Production costs were halved compared to Ciao, conclusion !! It cost too little !!! So they continued with the Ciao.
