BMLC 1100 - 1969
In 1968, to demonstrate that the formula was also valid for smaller cars, I made a similar prototype on the chassis of the small BLMC 1100 for the Turin Motor Show. These two cars represented the models for the two-volume sedans that would have become enormously popular in the following decade. But although they were the first attempts in this direction, they have already shown a total formal maturity.
The car shown in the photos is still fully functional and has exactly the same dimensions as the Citroen GS that appeared in 1971.
