Studio-Ferrari 308 GTB-1971
In starting the project of the new car, the company's intent was to support and then replace the "Dino GT4", the entry model of the range that had not raised much enthusiasm, instead received by the previous Dino 246, among enthusiasts and buyers.
In order to accentuate the racing image and allow for a sleeker line, in addition to taking up the Dino 246 two-seat configuration, a particularly light body was planned, in order to accommodate any racing aspirations of the gentleman-driver buyer.
For the study of the line and the interiors, Pininfarina was commissioned to entrust the task to a team of designers, including the present, but other solutions were chosen.
